Contract must be signed and filled out with all pertinent information about the parent and child. There will be a annual registration fee (non refundable). All fees are due in advance and billed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Registration fees are as follows:
$25 for (1) child.
$50 for (2) or more children.

| Payments are accepted in cash, money order or debit/credit card (via paypal). |
| 4 Kids on the Go holidays will be observed in accordance with the CROWLEY and EVERMAN school district holidays. FWISD is not currently on our route. However, please call and we can discuss further. |
| Late fees will be accessed if payment is 3 days late. |
| Payments are due weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly regardless of holidays and other periods of absences during the school term. |

One Time Services are due, in advance, on the day the service is provided.
